CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
HARD PLY FRAMES
Frame is made out of kiln-dried hardwood laminated plys. Frames are engineered using CNC Routers to optimized yield and reduce waste. Joints are interlocking mortise and tenon construction and are glued and stapled together. Corner blocks are used to reinforced the frame for greater strength and reliability.
SEAT SUSPENSION (WEBBING)
seat suspension is made with a Sytex High-Strength Polyester Monofilament Webbing Support System For a Safe and plush ride as it reduces the stress to the frame.
BACK SUSPENSION (WEBBING)
Back suspension is made with a back Polyolefin woven High-Strength Webbing and cover with a non woven fabric for an even distribution of comfort and support.
UPHOLSTERY
All of our products are completely handmade in a bench in South El Monte, CA by the same upholster, they are not assembled on a production line.
Fiber padding materials are composed of 100% recycled materials
All Collections have added padding and webbing under the fabric on the outside arms and outside back for support and tailoring finesse.
All pieces are fully deluxe upon completion.
WOOD FINISH
Wood Finish stains and lacquers are water-based.
FOAM CUSHION CONSTRUCTION
Cushion inner core consist of a 2.0 density HR (high resiliency) foam with soft Dacron fiber wrap.
FIBER BACK PILLOW CONSTRUCTION
Back Pillow is made of a fine quality polyester fiber incase in a polyester fabric for a soft finish. All Back Pillows are channeled (horizontal fabric strap separation) for proper distribution of fiber.
