Returns and Exchanges

Your home should be perfect. This is why we offer a 15 day no questions asked return policy (just cover the return Shipping Fee). If you decide that you're not satisfied with your Beyond Sofa purchase, we want to help. Below, you'll find the information you need to complete a successful exchange or return of your Item.

Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

FREE EXCHANGES

  • We offer a free exchange per-item, per-order within the first 3 days after delivery.
  • That means if you ordered 2 items or more you would be able to exchange each of them once, and you wouldn’t incur any additional shipping charges. Please note that if you decide to exchange an item more than once, additional shipping fees will apply. Free exchanges are not available to our customers outside of our standard service areas.
  • To exchange an item, get in touch with our team. They will note the piece(s) you’d like to exchange and work with our delivery partners to coordinate a pick-up and drop off date.
  • Exchanged items must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be the as-new condition.
  • In the event you exchange for an item that costs less than your initial purchase, the difference will not be refunded. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
  • Should you choose to exchange for an item that costs more than your original choice, the customer care agent helping you organize your exchange will process your outstanding charge.
  • Returns To start your return process, get in touch with our team at service@beyondsofa.com. They will set you up with everything you need for the return.
  • All returned items must be returned in the original packing and must be the as-new condition. The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.
  • Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES IN REMOTE AREAS

We want the full Beyond experience to be available to our customers in remote locations. While customers are responsible for additional delivery costs not covered by our regular shipping policy, returns are available to customers at a special rate. If you live in a remote area please email us at service@beyondsofa.com to provide you with a return freight quote.

 

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

Return shipping rate various from locations but it will be $99 for the most item but no more than $450. If you decide to return your Beyond item(s), we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee.

 

RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

  • We love our furniture, and we want you to love it too. When we ship our products, we pack them very carefully to avoid shipping damage. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging.
  • If you have already discarded your original packaging, don't worry — Our dedicated team will repackage your piece for an additional fee.
  • Returns must be in as new condition.
  • We are only able to accept the returned product in an as-new condition.
  • Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of the transaction is not covered by our return policy.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that custom orders and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, assembly service, and  delivery and returns beyond our standard shipping zone. Any Beyond Sofa products shipped outside of the contiguous United States and Canada are not covered by our return policy.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Furniture orders are put into production 48 hours after being placed. Order cancellations requested within 48 hours will be refunded in full. Order cancellations requested outside of 48 hours will be refunded in full minus a 5% processing fee.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

You can request modifications to your order within the first 48 hours at no additional cost.

 

DAMAGES

We encourage you to inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you have a concern about quality, we'll work with you to correct it. To report any issues, reach out to service@beyondsofa.com within 7 days.

 

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

  • Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per household.
  • Throw pillows purchased with a furniture item can only be returned if you are  also returning the sofa, sectional, chair, or bed. Otherwise, throw pillows are considered a final sale.
  • Extra sets of legs are final sale.
  • Additional cushions and cushion covers are final sales.
  • Additional parts (legs, cushion covers, sectional connectors, etc) can only be purchased by the original owner of the piece.
  • Discounts/promotions cannot be stacked.
